It pays its members while they surf the Web. It's
free to join and it takes about a minute. They pay
$0.50 an hour for you to surf, $0.10 an hour for
direct referrals and $0.05 an hour for 4 levels of

Valuepay is a very good one. They pay $1 an hour

$0.05 an hour for 4 levels of indirect referrals.
Desktop Horizons pays you $0.60 an hour,
$0.05 for direct referrals and 1st and 2nd
level indirect referrals, $0.10 for 3rd level
